Puzzmint Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 11, 2026. This policy explains what data Puzzmint's website and apps (the "Service") handle, and why. The short version: no account is required, your puzzle progress lives on your device, analytics are anonymous, and we never sell data.

What we collect

What we don't do

Playing inside Telegram

If you open Puzzmint through the Telegram bot, Telegram provides the standard Web App context (including your Telegram user id and display name) so your solves can appear on the bot's leaderboard and your progress can sync across your own devices via Telegram's CloudStorage. That data is governed by Telegram's own privacy policy in addition to this one.

Where data lives

Analytics are processed by PostHog (US region) and Plausible (EU). Leaderboard solves and daily puzzles are served from our own backend. Your local progress never leaves your device except as described above.

Data retention and deletion

Local progress can be deleted at any time by clearing the site's browser data or uninstalling the app. Analytics identifiers are random and not linked to your identity; if you want any server-side record removed (for example a leaderboard entry or a waitlist email), email us and we'll delete it.

Children

Puzzmint is a logic-puzzle service suitable for general audiences. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children; there are no accounts, no chat, and no ads.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be called out on the site.
